Job summary

Siegfried Irvine seeks a Project Manager II to lead drug product manufacturing and aseptic processing projects. You will coordinate design, costing and execution from design to commercialization, working with customers and internal teams across the site and with Business Development to meet goals.

This onsite role in Irvine, California requires strong project management, cross-functional leadership and regulatory knowledge to guide product lifecycle from development to launch.

Qualifications

• PM experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Medical Device industries.
• Strong project management tools, techniques and culture.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams, create plans and timelines, manage budgets and costs, and run regular meetings.
• Convene routine meetings with external customers and generate minutes and action items.
• Assist in developing scope of work for drug product manufacturing and tech transfer.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Direct activities of Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Maintenance.
• Develop project scope definitions, bids, cost control, commissioning and startup methods.
• Oversee lifecycle from initiation to closure and client-facing communications.
• Define communication plans for internal and client teams.
• Manage resource utilization and customer relations.
