What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage three or more medium- to large-scale projects from planning to completion, facilitating meetings with project stakeholders
- Develop and manage project estimation, execution plans, schedules, and resource forecasts
- Monitor overall project performance against the plan and make necessary adjustments
- Manage the project change control process, status reporting, and vendor invoice processing
- Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior management to ensure project success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in the Supply Chain and Operations space
- At least 8 years of IT or related business experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience working on projects involving project life cycle methodologies
- Strong oral and written communication skills with experience interacting with all levels of management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology
- Comprehensive knowledge of PMI-based project management competency areas and methodologies
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
