Job summary

Oneida ESC Group seeks a Senior Federal Project Manager of A-E Services to lead nationwide architectural, engineering, and construction projects from a remote Guam-based hub. This role emphasizes client engagement, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver complex programs for federal stakeholders.

The position requires 12+ years in A-E fields, PE/RA/PMP certification, and 5+ years in federal facilities. Travel up to 20% is expected, with potential OCONUS assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management).
• At least 12 years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction; at least 5 years with federal A-E facility projects.
• PE, RA, or PMP certification.
• Ability to travel 5-20% of the time to project sites, with the possibility of OCONUS travel.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an integral member of the OES Federal Team responsible for managing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• Cultivates and nurtures client partnerships to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and leverage industry best practices.
• PM-client engagement is critical for each project to clarify specific requirements, define project scope and objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Leverages team-building and leadership experience to set the conditions for successful project execution.
• Devises teaming strategies in collaboration with the federal program manager, builds proposals, project management plans, and adapts lessons learned to deliver high-quality designs.
• Identifies new business opportunities in the federal market and cultivates relationships with Federal Government decision makers.
• Manages all implementation processes, including progress tracking, financial reporting, monitoring change control process, quality control, configuration control and documentation, training, and status reports.
• Sets expectations and engages with the design team as required to identify and/or mitigate risks during project delivery.
• Applies and adapts project management principles and company-specific policies to support a culture of continuous improvement.

OES has an immediate opening for a Senior Federal Project Manager of A-E Services based remotely out of Guam. Willing to consider additional Pacific Region Candidates. (Hawaii, Japan, Etc).

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management).
• At least 12 years of experience in the field of architecture, engineering, and/or construction; at least 5 years of experience with federal A-E facility projects
• Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Ability to travel 5-20% of the time to project sites, with the possibility of OCONUS travel
