A leading engineering firm is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand its Natural Gas practice in Pittsburgh, PA. The successful candidate will lead a team and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring profitable project management and staff mentorship. Candidates should have over 10 years of relevant experience, strong business development skills, and a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience managing natural gas or related projects.
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil3D, Excel, and/or GIS.
  • Extensive client contacts with local architects, developers, and land use attorneys.

Overview

Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand our Natural Gas practice in Pittsburgh, PA!

Responsibilities
  • The qualified individual will lead a Natural Gas team while building and managing relationships with key clients
  • Leadership responsibilities include:
    • Operating with integrity and sound business principles
    • Providing vision, business planning and strategy
    • Establishing goals
    • Building and maintaining positive client relationships
    • Having open communication with your partners and team
    • Growing and leading a land development practice
  • Our Project Managers/Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor
  • The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business
  • With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of an impressive bonus program with the potential to advance to ownership
