Gilbane is seeking Senior Project Managers for various locations nationwide. We are looking for candidates across the country who are open to relocation and travel as necessary.
At Gilbane, our Senior Project Manager is expected to serve as the on-site Gilbane manager, responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a large or complex construction project, or multiple small projects.
This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc.

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/ or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
The pay ranges from $132,300 - $232,800 plus benefits and retirement program.
