Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial/industrial, education, multi-family or healthcare construction projects.

• LEED AP or LEED Green Associate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct project design, permitting, and construction from contract negotiation through closeout.
• Ensure financial, quality, and safety performance of assigned projects.
• Train and mentor junior project team staff.
