Qualifications

• Multi-Family Construction experience required.
• Proven experience with Podium and Wrap preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors.
• Draft client proposals with the Construction Executive.
• Manage contracts with the Construction Executive.
• Coordinate with teams on project estimates and schedules.
• Direct project team to complete projects safely and on time.
• Perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects.
