Senior Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction

Multi-Family Construction Group is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager. This position reports to the Vice President of Construction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Partnering with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors.
2. Partnering with the Construction Executive in drafting client proposals.
3. Partnering with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
4. Collaborating with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams on project estimates and schedules.
5. Providing direction to the project team to complete projects safely and on time.
6. Performing on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Construction-related field preferred.
• Experience in Multi-Family Construction is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Excellent prioritization, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
