Job summary

Henderson Building Solutions is seeking a Project Manager III to lead Mission Critical construction projects in Boardman, OR. You will develop and maintain schedules, manage budgets, and drive project deliverables with cross‑functional teams of engineers, contractors and vendors.

You will mentor junior PMs, coordinate with clients, and support sales activities while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; experience considered in lieu of education.
• Five or more years of construction and building systems experience are required.
• Proven project management, estimating, field installation and supervision experience are needed.
• OSHA certifications are required.
• Strong communication, schedule development and budget management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with P6 and Procore is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects from concept through construction with engineers and contractors.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules and track milestones and critical items.
• Manage change orders and communicate impacts to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior PMs and support business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
