About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager on Summit Line’s Mission Critical team, you are accountable for the day-to-day success of one or more complex electrical construction projects in data center environments. You will manage the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction and mobilization through execution and closeout—while leading a high-performing team and delivering results that consistently meet or exceed client expectations.

You bring at least ten years of electrical construction experience, including five or more years leading project teams, and you understand that technical expertise alone doesn’t win in this industry. Success here requires communication, empathy, and a genuine commitment to developing the people around you. You are passionate about mentoring, you set a high bar for your team, and you hold yourself to an even higher one

  • ntLead all pre-construction activities including bid preparation, contract and exhibit review, and execution planning tailored to mission critical project requirement
