Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large fiber and telecommunications infrastructure projects from proposal through closeout. You will ensure client satisfaction, safety, quality, schedule, and budget while leading cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related experience, strong communication, and proven leadership. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability.

Qualificações

Position Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a phase of a large complex project or overseeing multiple large-scale projects within the fiber and telecommunications infrastructure sector. Responsibilities include managing projects from proposal and bidding through execution and closeout, ensuring client satisfaction, safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and an effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Projects will focus on fiber optic and telecommunications infrastructure, including outside plant (OSP) construction, underground and aerial fiber installation, conduit systems, directional boring, broadband deployment, and network expansion.
