Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. (MES) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple energy and industrial infrastructure projects across North America.

You will drive profitable, on-time delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client and subcontractor relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing safety, quality, and budget, and leveraging Michels' self-perform capabilities to deliver projects from planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability
• Willingness to travel to project sites frequently
