Job Description

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects, especially involving soundstages, media, and entertainment campuses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slips.
• Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are used.
• Ensure application of best practices on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other documentation as needed.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are met.
• Manage interfaces between suppliers via trackers and reviews.
• Facilitate project information flow through meetings and communications.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Manage local design teams per criteria.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, and contractors.
• Respond swiftly to RFIs from the field.
• Offer expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability.
• Review status reports, drawings, timelines, and costs from architects and contractors.
• Develop strong client relationships to maximize opportunities.
• Advise project teams on approaches to meet client and business objectives.
• Capture key project learnings for knowledge management.
• Identify process improvements.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Experience with soundstages, media, and entertainment projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
