B-O-F Corporation, a long-standing innovator in gravity flow shelving, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, customer-focused initiatives from concept through delivery. You’ll work with engineering, operations, product, and customer teams to ensure precise execution and scalable processes.

This on-site role at our Aurora, IL facility emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, budget management, and continuous improvement of project management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management or related field.
• 5+ years proven Project Manager experience, preferably manufacturing.
• PMP or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to launch.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective stakeholder communication.
• Improve processes, mentor team members, and strengthen PM discipline.
• Monitor budgets and risks, ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
