Job description

B-O-F Corporation is a leading inventor, patent-holder and designer of innovative gravity flow shelving and merchandising solutions that help grocery stores, drug stores, liquor stores, superstores, and convenience stores reduce labor costs and increase sales by rapidly advancing our customers’ merchandising effectiveness through performance and merchandising innovation.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee large and strategically important projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, product development, and customer-facing teams. You will serve as a key driver of execution excellence, proactive risk management, and clear communication — both internally and externally.

In addition to leading high-impact initiatives, you will mentor and develop junior project managers, elevate delivery processes, and help foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

You are a seasoned project manager who has experience working in various manufacturing or construction environments and are seeking your next challenge within an innovative, rapidly scaling organization where you can make a lasting impact. You want to use your expertise to build processes from the ground up, help strengthen functional capabilities, and influence how high-priority initiatives are delivered. You have a passion for developing and mentoring more junior project managers in hopes that your coaching and deep industry knowledge can make a lasting impact on team growth. You thrive in fast-evolving environments and are excited to drive meaningful organizational growth and operational excellence.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, production staff, contractors, and vendors

  • Coordinate with senior leadership on portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, bottlenecks, and performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement of project and portfolio management tools, templates, and reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
  • Maintain detailed documentation including schedules, reports, Bills of Materials, and status updates
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers to strengthen overall team performance
