Job summary

JLL in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Senior Project Manager to own capital, facilities and renovation projects at one of the nation's premier manufacturing complexes. You will manage end-to-end delivery from scoping through closeout, serving as the primary JLL contact for facilities and engineering teams.

You will lead a diverse portfolio including new construction, upgrades, and manufacturing support spaces, within the client’s compliance framework and strict safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capital, facilities and renovation projects.
• Ability to work with client facilities and engineering teams.
• Strong collaboration within matrix project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping with client stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria.
• Develop and manage detailed budgets from pre-design through closeout, tracking costs and changes.
• Create and maintain master project schedules using industry-standard tools and manage risks.
• Prepare bid packages and manage competitive bidding, ensuring procurement standards.
• Conduct site walks, attend meetings, and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and coordinate inspections and punch lists.
