Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale industrial, manufacturing, facility expansion, or capital projects.
This position is responsible for leading large-scale manufacturing expansion, facility development, and operational growth initiatives across manufacturing operations.
The role will focus on planning, execution, and delivery of high-value Greenfield and Brownfield projects, ensuring business objectives, operational readiness, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations are achieved.
The Project Manager will serve as a key leader throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept development and scope definition through execution, commissioning, and operational handoff.
This individual will work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous leader with extensive experience managing complex manufacturing projects exceeding $100M in value.
This individual must be comfortable driving cross-functional alignment, managing competing priorities, mitigating risk, and delivering results in fast-paced industrial environments.
