Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects from concept through completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and execution strategies.
  • Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and executive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define project scope, objectives, resource requirements, and success criteria.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop project roadmaps aligned with business growth strategies.

  • Manage large-scale capital investment projects and associated budgets.
  • Ensure successful transition from project execution to operational ownership.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Facilities, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
  • Facilitate alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings, reviews, and executive updates.

Overview:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Project Management, or related discipline.

This position is responsible for leading large-scale manufacturing expansion, facility development, and operational growth initiatives across manufacturing operations.

The role will focus on planning, execution, and delivery of high-value Greenfield and Brownfield projects, ensuring business objectives, operational readiness, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations are achieved.

The Project Manager will serve as a key leader throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept development and scope definition through execution, commissioning, and operational handoff.

This individual will work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous leader with extensive experience managing complex manufacturing projects exceeding $100M in value.

This individual must be comfortable driving cross-functional alignment, managing competing priorities, mitigating risk, and delivering results in fast-paced industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects from concept through completion
