Job summary

Cascades Inc. in Niagara Falls, NY, seeks a Senior Project Manager - Manufacturing to lead capital and energy management projects at Greenpac Mill, driving safety, reliability, sustainability, and performance improvements.

You will partner with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to define scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; oversee design, procurement, and construction activities; and lead continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, industrial, process, or heavy industry environments.
• Proven experience leading capital projects from concept through startup and commissioning.
• Strong expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and financial management.
• Experience managing contractors, construction activities, and cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
