Job summary

Avangrid is seeking a Project Manager for major construction, overseeing Substation and Transmission projects across Maine, New York, and Connecticut. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and liaise with engineers, contractors, and regulators to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a BE in engineering with 7–10 years in energy, plus strong leadership, communication, and familiarity with scheduling tools and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with energy sector experience.
• Proven project management in substations/transmission.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and risk mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for Substation/Transmission projects in ME/NY/CT.
• Manage budgets, schedules, CWIP and capital investments.
• Lead internal/external project teams and contractors.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Present cost-schedule-risk reports to management.
