• Manage projects valued at at least $15 million.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to senior management.
• Coordinate with owner personnel throughout pre-construction, construction, and occupancy.
• Administer design agreements and construction contracts.
• Evaluate change orders for merit and value.
• Utilize electronic project management software.
• Develop, monitor, and report budgets and schedules.
• Work in remote locations.
