This is a high profile position requiring a self-motivated, multifaceted landscape professional with the knowledge and desire to create landscapes of exceptional quality and mechanical integrity. PMs work closely with the Construction Director, Principle Designer, and a sales/design team devoted to the premise that excellence is a starting point and every aspect of the client's experience with Glengate Company should be highlighted with raves about our service and artistry.A Project Manager at Glengate oversees between $2.5 and 3 million dollars of landscape construction work annually, directs and schedules 3 or more construction crews, supervises subcontractors, coordinates material deliveries, corroborates monthly billings, advances the collection effort, and works closely with other departments to bring about the completion of a job.This includes:\* Job Management: manage multiple jobs in different stages of planning and development. Comprehensive plan review, accurate job costing, in-house labor scheduling, and timesheet management.\* Site Management: works closely with Glengate's in-house labor resources, material suppliers, and subcontractors to expedite all phases of the contract.\* Subcontractor Management: coordinate, schedule, and direct subcontractors in the execution of their scopes of work.\* Billing and Collection: corroborate all client Billing Statements and vendor invoices.\* Client Relations: ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction throughout the construction period and beyond.**Qualifications:**\* At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing Masonry, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, and Landscaping construction.
