Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a Project Manager to join a nationally ranked General Contractor in the Phoenix area. This role leads multi-disciplinary teams on locally situated projects across Education, Healthcare, Hospitality and more, with a strong emphasis on schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

You will plan, coordinate, and drive project execution across all phases, develop estimates, review drawings, manage changes, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction management or related field.
• Project management certification required.
• 4–6 years of related construction experience.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret codes.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate project activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate permits and approvals as needed.
• Manage changes and project pricing.
• Collaborate with superintendents, PM assistants, and owners.
• Prepare progress reports and attend meetings.
• Review invoices, pay apps, subcontracts and change orders.
• Ensure safety and quality programs on projects.
