Job summary

Boccard Life Sciences, a global industrial integrator, seeks a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget across Food & Ingredients, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, and Brewing sectors. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with internal PQP rules while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a BS in engineering with 5+ years of PM or process engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food and/or Cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical process.
• Comprehension of P&ID’s, Isometrics, layout, 3D drawing and functional description.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Competency in MS Suite, ERPs, and other data entry software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects according to Boccard Project Management System and internal best practices.
• Deliver projects On Time, On Spec, and On Budget.
• Track project performance and report variances; manage budgets.
• Prepare and manage staffing plans; identify resource needs.
• Coordinate project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and support technical alignments.
