Job summary

Ameren Illinois seeks a Project Manager to lead large engineering and construction projects within the Ameren Illinois Operating Area. The role oversees scope, cost, schedule, and safety, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

The candidate should have a engineering-related bachelor’s degree, PMP is preferred or pursued within 12 months, and 3+ years of experience in large-scale projects. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant project management experience preferred.
• Experience or understanding in project management controls are preferred.
• Project coordination or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage assigned projects following Ameren and AIC procedures.
• Lead project delivery through initiation, planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
• Provide leadership and risk management for scope, schedule, and cost.
• Deliver regular updates to stakeholders and ensure outage coordination.
