Job summary

Dudonis Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major commercial build in Glassboro, NJ. You will oversee pre-construction through closeout, coordinating owners, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage schedules, costs, and teams across a geographically distant job site. Travel to the project site is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and construction documents.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, JobTread, BuilderTrend, or similar).
• Willingness to travel regularly to a project site.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of a large commercial construction project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Review and approve submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software.
• Provide leadership and direction to field teams and support staff.
