• Project Execution: Oversee 3–5+ crews, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality exceed expectations.
• Team & Site Leadership: Mentor managers, ensure safety, and coordinate job site issues with proactive solutions.
• Strategic Operations: Design efficient processes, track costs, and shape the division’s future.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years managing large-scale landscape construction projects ($250K+), leading diverse crews, and using project management platforms.
• Deep knowledge of landscape/hardscape techniques, OSHA 10/30 familiarity, and a resilient, proactive builder’s mentality.
• Bachelor’s in Landscaping, Construction Management or equivalent.
