Job summary

Bohler in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects—commercial, residential, and industrial—through feasibility, design, permitting, and construction support. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and drive project success while strengthening Bohler’s regional footprint.

You will mentor staff, foster client partnerships, and represent Bohler in public forums, contributing to community-scale development and long-term growth

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 15+ years of land development and site design experience.
• 7+ years of staff management and leadership experience.
• Expertise in grading, stormwater management, zoning, utility design and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large-scale land development projects.
• Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability.
• Cultivate strong client partnerships and represent projects in community and public forums.
• Oversee regulatory permitting and site plan approvals to ensure project success.
• Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams to foster growth and excellence.
• Champion business development efforts to expand Bohler's client base and regional footprint.
