Job summary

EmergencyMD is looking for a Project Manager in San Antonio, Texas to oversee high-quality surveying, engineering, and land development projects. This leadership role stresses the importance of client relationships and team management to ensure project success.

You will lead projects from initiation through to completion, mentor team members, and have opportunities for career growth. Qualifications include a strong background in technical skills and supervisory experience, ideally with a Registered Professional Land Surveyor license.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Active participation in industry associations.
• Excellent CAD and Civil 3D knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle from client engagement to delivery.
• Train and develop team members for vertical growth.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Lead the preparation of client proposals and contracts.
