Qarad’s IVD CRO is a clinical research organization specializing in In Vitro Diagnostics, delivering high-quality outcomes through rigorous project governance and stakeholder alignment.

We seek an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead complex clinical performance studies for IVD devices. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and cross‑functional execution, guiding study coordinators and liaising with clients to ensure on-time, within-scope results across global sites.

Qualifications

• Oversee planning and execution of all projects within the team.
• Guide Study Coordinators to achieve success and deliver consistent results.
• Implement project management tools and templates across the team to improve efficiency.
• Continuously monitor portfolios for risks, deviations, and resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of critical strategic projects within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans; ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Develop and manage the study budget and negotiate financial aspects of clinical performance studies.
• Interact with senior management and external personnel; escalate serious issues when needed.
• Use discretion and diplomacy to resolve conflicts and align cross-functional teams.
