Lead projects from pre-design through construction administration, ensuring schedule and budget adherence while coordinating with clients and consultants.

Role requires strong leadership, local code knowledge, Revit proficiency, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Able to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex projects from pre-design through construction administration.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.
• Develop work plans, schedules and fee proposals; monitor progress.
• Mentor and supervise project teams across offices.
• Coordinate with marketing and business development to pursue work.
