Job summary

Tate Americas, part of Kingspan Data Solutions, seeks a Senior Project Manager in Glasgow, KY to lead complex manufacturing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications, coordinating across engineering, operations, procurement and external partners, while driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 7–12+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of assigned projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure execution aligns with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address risks or delays.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, customer expectations, and contractual requirements.
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, procurement, and external partners.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and communication to ensure project alignment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues impacting project delivery.
• Ensure clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support alignment between project outcomes and broader business objectives.
• Identify risks and mitigate accordingly.
