Job summary

SSI People in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Industrial & Manufacturing to lead major construction initiatives from planning through turnover. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage project execution, and ensure delivery to the highest standards on-site.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, PMP or equivalent certification, 8–12 years of PM experience with large-scale industrial projects, and strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
• 8-12 years of construction project management experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or heavy construction projects.
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industrial/manufacturing facility requirements.
• Proven ability to manage project schedule, cost, scope, quality, and risk from inception through completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work onsite in a self-starter environment.
