Job summary

Kelley Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager for Energy and Infrastructure projects in Louisville, KY. The role oversees civil and concrete scopes, procurement, work plans, contracts, budgets, and schedules on large industrial sites.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, manage safety and risk, and ensure plans align with drawings and specs. Travel is occasional; this is a full-time, first-shift position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years industrial construction project management experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, and/or Renewables.
• Must have large project, multi-million dollar, construction experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret engineered drawings, estimates, and work instructions.
• Ability to develop and lead employees and contract workforce.
• Possess a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of projects.
• Oversees performance of all projects and timelines, including employees, contract trade workforce and any subcontractors.
• Oversees multiple projects up to and including 10M+ and/or of high complexity.
• Ensures compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations.
• Will be responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and purchase orders.
• Responsible for ensuring full risk management, including the identification of potential risks and initiating treatments as appropriate.
