Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy industrial construction projects in The Colony, TX or Louisville, KY. You will drive planning through completion, developing schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies while coordinating with owners, engineers, and field teams.

The role requires 5+ years of PM in industrial construction, strong budgeting and cost-control skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in industrial construction.
• Background supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Renewables, or heavy industrial projects
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects ($10M+ preferred)
• Strong experience with civil and concrete scopes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, estimates, and work instructions
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and/or Primavera proficient
• Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy industrial construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and stakeholders regarding project progress and risks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements
• Travel to project sites as needed (up to 20%)
