Job summary

Richard, a fast‑growing general contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to lead assigned projects from start‑up through close‑out, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met. You will coordinate with the home office, owners, and subcontractors to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities include writing RFIs, managing change orders, developing P6 schedules with cost loading, and maintaining safety, risk and stakeholder communication across healthcare facilities and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience with hard‑bid general contracting and federal healthcare projects is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts; hospital construction occurs 24/7.
• Knowledge of Davis Bacon‑Prevailing wage or union projects is a plus.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project start‑up, completion, punch list, and close‑out processes.
• Lead multiple aspects of project controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, and personnel management.
• Communicate across project team to maintain schedule, safety, budget, and quality.
• Develop quality processes, pre‑activity meetings, material management, incident reports, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and review RFIs, change orders, schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with home office, Owner, and Subcontractors; manage contracts and scope.
