Mortenson is seeking a Senior Project Manager I or II for structured cabling to lead one large project or multiple projects, overseeing quality, schedule, safety, and finances while mentoring the team and strengthening client relationships.
A bachelor's degree in construction-related fields, a current driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 100% are required. Compensation ranges vary by location and experience, with Mortenson's incentive plan contributing to total rewards.
Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager I and II - Structured Cabling that will provide overall leadership direction to one large project or multiple projects to include the management of project quality, timeliness, safety, as well as mentoring the project team. You will develop and improve customer relationships by providing excellent service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success.
This position offers opportunities at both levels I and II, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
