This PM / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of new, urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects and be an expert communicator, proficient with contracts and subcontractor management, high-rise projects, and CIP Concrete multi-story construction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct projects from start to finish.
- Supervise project administration staff and construction engineers, partnering with project superintendents to establish operational priorities.
- Forecast, track, and report project costs, revenue, and ensure adherence to estimates.
- Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration.
- Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
- Maintain project documentation such as RFI logs and change orders.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working with a General Contractor.
- Experience with New Construction Hospitality, Hotels, and High-Rise Condominiums.
- Experience with Urban In-Fill / Downtown projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish (Ground-Up).
- Strong software skills, including Procore or similar programs.
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
- Experience managing teams is a plus.
