Job description

This PM / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of new, urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects and be an expert communicator, proficient with contracts and subcontractor management, high-rise projects, and CIP Concrete multi-story construction.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and direct projects from start to finish.
  2. Supervise project administration staff and construction engineers, partnering with project superintendents to establish operational priorities.
  3. Forecast, track, and report project costs, revenue, and ensure adherence to estimates.
  4. Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration.
  5. Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
  6. Maintain project documentation such as RFI logs and change orders.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience working with a General Contractor.
  • Experience with New Construction Hospitality, Hotels, and High-Rise Condominiums.
  • Experience with Urban In-Fill / Downtown projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish (Ground-Up).
  • Strong software skills, including Procore or similar programs.
  • Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
  • Experience managing teams is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Safety Manager to ensure safety goals are met.
