Page & Turnbull is seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen our team in downtown Los Angeles within an award-winning, 10-person architecture office. The role offers exposure to architecture and historic preservation and a range of challenging projects.

Our firm brings together architects, conservators, historians and planners to imagine change in historic environments through design, research and technology. This position requires leadership, collaboration and a passion for preservation.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of architectural experience, at least three years as a Project Manager.
• Ability to lead collaborative teams for large projects and work individually on smaller projects.
• Proven ability to manage clients and meet their expectations.
• A proven record of delivering projects within an agreed to schedule and budget.
• Historic preservation work experience is a plus.
• Outstanding research, writing, proofreading and editing skills.
• Communicative, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable and interested in growth.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, coordinating and administering a major project, or several small projects through all phases of development.
• Develop and manage project work plans, budgets, & schedules.
• Prepare a variety of studies and reports, including Existing Conditions Assessments; Feasibility Studies; Code Analysis; Historic Structure Reports; and HABS/HAER Drawings.
• Provide project manager and/or project architect role on architecture projects, as prime or sub consultant.
• Oversees design development and production of working drawings and construction documents; assumes responsibility for construction administration.
