Senior Project Manager – High-Velocity Commercial Construction

Remote (USA-Based) | Travel ~30%

ParkerBeth Search Partners is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly scaling construction firm that is redefining how fast-paced commercial buildouts get done. We're searching for aSenior Project Managerto help lead high-volume, fast-turn projects—most often involving restaurant, retail, and hospitality brands.

This is more than a traditional PM role. It’s an opportunity to join a team known for precision, speed, and client satisfaction, where timelines are measured in weeks, not months—and expectations are exceeded, not met.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full project lifecycle—from award to turnover—across multiple short-duration commercial construction projects

• Manage subcontractors and vendors with clarity and accountability

• Direct day-to-day execution with a proactive, solutions-first mindset

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking

• Ensure materials, permits, and manpower are aligned to meet strict timelines

• Maintain strong, transparent communication with clients, site managers, and internal teams

• Travel to project sites (typically 1–2 times per week) to ensure seamless execution

What You Bring

• 4+ years in commercial construction project management

• Experience with fast-paced buildouts or reimage/remodel work (QSR, retail, or similar sectors strongly )

• Proven ability to drive performance in compressed timelines

• Strong technical knowledge and confident, independent decision-making

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Comfortable leading remote teams and coordinating across time zones

• Able and willing to travel (approximately 30%) to project sites as needed
