Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction with responsibilities ranging from $5M to $75M. The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders, planning, budgeting, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CM or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in heavy civil design-build projects.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to get along and work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid to large scale heavy civil projects with moderate to high risk.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across teams.
• Direct and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements on all sites.
• Prepare and submit budgets, reports, and cost tracking; develop quality control programs.
