Posillico Civil, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major heavy civil infrastructure project in Nacogdoches, Texas.

You will oversee project execution, safety, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor management, and client relationships for a large-scale civil construction effort. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in heavy civil construction, with $10M+ project experience, and proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Viewpoint.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering with 7+ years of related experience; at least 2 years as PM on $10M+ projects preferred.
• Experience in heavy construction (civil infrastructure, site-work, roads, bridges, environmental, underground utilities, or related).
• Capable of meeting deadlines, detail oriented, highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple documents timely.
• Familiar with Procore, Viewpoint, and Primavera P6 for project controls.
• Proficient interpreting plans and schedules; develop construction schedules.
• Experience leading and developing subordinates; valid driver's license; TWIC/DBIDs credentials possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, safety, scheduling, cost control, and client relationships.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with Owner/Project Partners.
• Lead CPM schedule development and weekly/monthly look-ahead planning.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly cost estimates and change orders; ensure timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and regulatory requirements; promote safety culture.
• Coordinate utility requirements and problem-solve with stakeholders.
• Maintain project records and ensure subcontracts/purchase orders are timely executed.
