Job summary

Publicis Health Media is seeking a Project Management Supervisor to oversee client initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery. The role partners with business and capability teams to drive operational excellence and provide day-to-day leadership to PM team members.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management within agency, media, or healthcare settings, with strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in PM tools like

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably within an agency, media, marketing, or healthcare communications environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Agency experience supporting media, marketing, advertising, or healthcare clients.
• Experience with integrated project delivery across multiple disciplines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate project execution to ensure assignments, milestones, and deadlines are achieved.
• Lead internal status meetings and provide ongoing project updates to stakeholders.
• Partner with business and capability teams to support project implementation and operational processes.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Ensure project documentation and reporting are accurate, current, and accessible.
