The General Hospital Corporation in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical readiness projects within the Center for Disaster Medicine. You will develop plans, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee patient movement and response operations to strengthen healthcare emergency preparedness in Region 1 and beyond.

You will supervise cross-functional teams, manage grant-funded initiatives, and drive programmatic objectives from concept to completion, while maintaining timely

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management in a complex, multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and consensus-building abilities.
• Experience in emergency management strongly desired; knowledge of hospital/healthcare setting preferred.
• Completion of ICS/NIMS 100, 200, 700 and 800 courses, before or upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple CDM projects and initiatives across Center for Disaster Medicine (CDM) programs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with goals, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Lead meetings, working groups, and stakeholder discussions; prepare agendas and track decisions.
• Represent program in regional and national working groups and collaborations.
