Jobot provides a Senior Project Manager role in Wisconsin focusing on healthcare construction. Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the main contact for owners, architects, and teams on active healthcare sites.

Expect 10+ years in healthcare construction, PM certification, and travel capability. On-site Taycheedah role with base salary $150,000–$180,000, plus a 20% annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of healthcare construction experience.
• PM certification.
• ASHE certification or equivalent healthcare education preferred.
• Proven track record managing multiple healthcare projects.
• Experience with active healthcare environments and phased construction.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple healthcare projects through preconstruction and construction.
• Plan and coordinate all project phases to meet schedule, budget, and funding.
• Prepare and review proposals, estimates, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist with estimating and budgeting for conceptual and negotiated projects.
• Obtain building, erosion control, and dewatering permits as needed.
• Manage scope changes, change orders, pricing, subcontracts, and POs.
• Review invoices, submit pay applications, and complete job cost adjustments.
• Conduct quarterly job cost forecast analysis.
• Work with superintendents, owners, architects, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Prepare project updates and attend construction/PM meetings.
• Support marketing and business development through client relationships.
• Provide day-to-day direction to Project Managers, Engineers, and Field Engineers.
• Follow and promote safety and quality programs on every project.
