MPI is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Northern Virginia. You will oversee delivery from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain schedules, budgets and quality standards.

Competenze

• Experience in commercial construction, general contracting, or construction management.
• Proven ability to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Strong understanding of schedules, budgets, contracts and project controls.

• Support delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Assist with contract administration, procurement activities and change management processes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and company standards on site.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate project documentation, reporting and communication across stakeholders.
