Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility, complex programs for state and government agencies. You will manage end-to-end delivery, ensure schedules and budgets, and align with federal guidelines.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage PAL Level 4 stages, assess risks, and report status to clients and stakeholders. Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet is required; PMP, Agile certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• 7+ years supporting State or government agency projects.
• 6+ years of experience leading large-scale IT projects.
• Proven experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects ($5M+)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across all phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Lead and manage PAL – Level 4 stages.
• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Oversee cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and contractual requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports, briefings, and required documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, agency-specific, and contractual standards and regulations.
• Apply industry best practices using PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies, as appropriate.
