As a SPM - PMO Lead, , you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding global project management oversight and delivering exceptional results for one of our frontier AI lab clients. What your day-to-day will look like:
  • - Lead a team of global project managers, providing guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.
  • - Collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and on the client side, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.
  • - Drive close communication with the clients to get direction and keep them updated on project and portfolio updates
  • - Be the go-to person for various members of the client organization for project information and for JLL team members globally
  • - Develop and maintain standards that drive consistency in delivery for our clients globally
  • - Ensure our project delivery is consistent and of high quality globally
  • - Ensure that our project management tools are used correctly, are used according to our standards and playbooks.
  • - Help in the development and maintenance of dashboards
  • - Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards and consistency globally for our client.
  • - Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes.
  • - Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other's wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.
  • - Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and successfully execute projects across all elements of the PDS platform.
Required qualifications:
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms. Ability to communicate visually when appropriate.
  • - Excellent and demonstrable client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • - Extremely strong interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience having managed high-touch client relationships and managing projects globally.
  • - Proven ability and demonstrable experience having navigated difficult conversations and situations
  • - High levels of attention to detail and planning/organizational skills - and the ability to zoom out and see the big picture.
  • - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
  • - 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.
  • - Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • - Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • - Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
  • - Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
  • - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • - Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies - preferably Ingenious.Build or similar
Preferred qualifications:
  • - Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).
  • - Experience in account management / client relationship management.
  • - Proven experience in business development and successfully securing new project opportunities.

Expected compensation for this position:

165,000.00 – 183,400.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
