VML is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Freelance) with extensive expertise to lead omni-channel projects focusing on the Brand and consumer at the core. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver innovative solutions integrating creative, data, and technology across the customer journey.
Successful candidates will have agency experience in digital and integrated marketing, with skills in building digital experiences and creating compelling content. A strong creative sensibility, interest in user-centered design, and hands-on content production knowledge across channels are essential.
In this role, you will lead talented teams to understand client needs, market trends, and consumer insights to deliver effective solutions. You will ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards, are completed on time and within budget, and align with brand goals. You should possess strategic thinking and leadership skills to maintain a broad project vision, along with attention to detail to fulfill client satisfaction and project requirements. An innovative mindset and a willingness to engage deeply in processes that drive business are ideal.

Financials | Handle project estimation, planning, and profitability. Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and report on project status, budgets, and financial reconciliations to stakeholders.

What you'll need:
- 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in advertising or marketing communications, preferably at a creative agency or with brand-focused projects.
- Proven track record in creative solutions and digital content creation.
- Knowledge of social and mobile content requirements for various channels.
- Experience with customer journey mapping, e-commerce, retail, and consumer brand marketing is highly desirable.
- Understanding of web standards, UX/UI, optimization, and search practices.
- Experience managing large-scale, omnichannel programs with multiple teams (UX, Tech, Strategy, Creative, etc.) across VML's U.S. offices.
- High EQ and ability to read team needs to motivate effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven to produce great work.
