Qualifications

• More than 10 years of relevant project management or program management experience.
• Experience providing senior-level oversight of complex projects, programs, or contract operations.
• Experience managing project personnel, staffing, workloads, and deadlines.
• Experience serving as a senior point of contact for clients and government stakeholders.
• Experience developing and managing project plans, transitions, and continuity requirements.
• Experience identifying and resolving project, technical, and operational issues.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level project management oversight for FOIA and Privacy Act support services.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for government stakeholders regarding project performance and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate overall project execution to meet requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
• Oversee staffing across project functions to ensure adequate personnel and resources.
• Manage project staffing levels and coordinate surge support as needed.
• Monitor project performance, workload, priorities, deliverables, risks, and deadlines.
• Develop and implement transition activities to support continuity of services and minimize disruption.
• Maintain business continuity and continuity of operations planning.
• Direct the identification and resolution of technical and operational issues affecting performance.
• Coordinate project communications, meetings, reporting, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with government leadership to address priorities and emerging requirements.
• Ensure activities comply with security, privacy, records management, and Section 508 requirements.
