Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 2 years of Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing technical programs or complex technical projects.
• 2+ years of experience supporting data-intensive solutions or distributed computing environments.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience tracking cross-functional commitments, unblocking engineering teams, and managing dependencies to land business impact.
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company.
• Manage programs and portfolios for change initiatives prioritized by the organization.
• Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate or elevate as needed.
• Plan, design, and manage project plans to ensure delivery through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
• Leverage problem solving to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation.
• Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to drive project delivery.
• Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments and alignment on intent.
• Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes.
• Exhibit a proven track record of project management and ability to quickly put structure in place.
